Organik Kimya Production Line Data Acquisition Project
At Organik Kimya, one of the leading companies in the chemical industry, the data acquisition and integration of approximately 12,000 data points from Emerson DCS and Siemens PLC systems has been successfully completed.
Within the project, the data collection process was carried out using the Kepware OPC Server, and Kepware licensing and installation services were also provided by PRO4 Technology.
Through this project, data obtained from different automation systems was transferred to a central database in real time. This enabled continuous traceability of Organik Kimya’s production processes and established a strong infrastructure for data analysis.
