Apatech Production Line Data Acquisition and MES Production Tracking Project
At Apatech, operating in the automotive supplier industry, the project for online automatic data acquisition from production lines and presses has been successfully completed.
Within the scope of this project, the Projesis MES Production Tracking Software system and ERP integration services were also provided by the PRO4 Technology engineering team.
With the MES software system, OEE-based machine and operator performance tracking, unplanned downtime monitoring, and digital dispatch of work orders to the shop floor were implemented. With the data acquisition infrastructure, production quantities, machine operating status, and runtime data were collected automatically and independently of operators.
