Nova Elektrik Production Line Data Acquisition and MES Production Tracking Software Project
At NOVA Elektrik, operating in the home appliances industry, our project for online automatic data acquisition from more than 150 machines has been successfully delivered.
Within this project, the Projesis MES Production Tracking Software system and Netsis ERP integration services were also provided by the PRO4 Technology engineering team.
With the MES software system, OEE-based machine and operator performance tracking, unplanned downtime monitoring, and digital dispatch of work orders to the shop floor were implemented. Through the data acquisition infrastructure, production quantities, machine operating status, and runtime data were automatically collected independently of operators.
